Shipping & Returns
To guarantee delivery before Christmas, orders to the North Island must be ordered and paid before the 16th of December, and to the South Island must be before the 19th of December.
Same day dispatch is only eligible to orders submitted and receipted by 2:30pm NZT on weekdays. Awnings, and oversize items are excluded from same day dispatch. Same day dispatch is not guaranteed on any order unless agreed prior. Shipping times are an estimate only, for the most up to date shipping times please see our carriers below and visit their website. Awnings and oversize items are sent by freight, all other items are sent by courier. Courier times: North Island standard 2-3 business days. South Island standard 1-2 business days. Rural delivery 1-4 business days. Freight times: 1-7 business days. Overnight and Saturday deliveries can be arranged directly at extra cost. Overnight and Saturday delivery costs are non-refundable and not guaranteed, they are purchased at your own risk.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs and Credit Card fees are non-refundable. Electrical items, specially ordered-in items and cut to size items cannot be returned or credited. Awnings, covers and towing protectors will incur a 20% restocking fee if opened, if unopened will incur a 10% restocking fee. Return packages must include contact details, reason for return and reference from authorisation to return.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted, or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility. Damaged packages will require photographs of the package and damage to be submitted prior to being replaced. Claims for damage by courier notification is required within 7 days. Claims for damage by freight notification is required within 24 hours. The damaged packaging and merchandise will become the property of the carrier and must not be discarded or tampered with. Collection will be arranged for you.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country. All international buyers take full responsibility for any import taxes or chargers applicable to their state / country. UK Caravans will take no responsibility for such charges.
